IN10TEEN Program | Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

The IN10TIONAL Teens Program is a 4-week online mother–daughter experience designed to develop identity, resilience, and intentional living. The program includes live sessions, digital resources, community access, and a culminating Red Carpet Event.

By enrolling in the program, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Enrollment & Payment

• The full program fee is R5,500 per mother–daughter pair.
• Payment confirms your place in the program.
• All payments are non-transferable and must be completed prior to program commencement.

3. No Refund Policy

All payments made toward the IN10TIONAL Teens Program are final and non-refundable.

• This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Inability to attend live sessions
  • Change in personal circumstances
  • Scheduling conflicts
  • Dissatisfaction after enrollment

This program is designed as a full journey, and your commitment secures your access, resources, and experience.

4. Red Carpet Event Policy

The Red Carpet Event is included as part of the program experience and cost. Attendance at the event is optional but encouraged.

• If a participant:
  • Is unable to attend the event
  • Chooses not to attend
  • Misses the event for any reason

No refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued.

The event forms part of the overall program offering and pricing structure.

5. Program Access & Participation

Participants will receive:

• Access to scheduled live sessions
• Access to the online community
• Program materials and exercises
• A certificate of completion (subject to participation)

It is the responsibility of participants to:

• Attend sessions where possible
• Engage with the program content
• Ensure stable internet access for online sessions

Missed sessions will not be refunded.

6. Community Conduct

The IN10TIONAL Teens Program is a safe, respectful, and growth-focused environment.

All participants agree to:

• Engage respectfully with facilitators and other participants
• Maintain confidentiality within the group
• Avoid harmful, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour

Failure to adhere to these standards may result in removal from the program without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All program materials, frameworks, content, and resources are the intellectual property of IN10TIONALITY.

• Content may not be copied, shared, distributed, or reproduced without written consent.
• Access is granted for personal use only.

8. Changes & Adjustments

IN10TIONALITY reserves the right to:

• Adjust program dates, session times, or facilitators if necessary
• Make improvements to the program structure or delivery

Participants will be notified of any significant changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

The program is designed for personal growth and development.

• Results are not guaranteed and depend on individual participation and application.
• IN10TIONALITY is not liable for any personal, emotional, or external outcomes resulting from participation.

10. Agreement

By enrolling in the IN10TIONAL Teens Program, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions
• You agree to the no-refund policy
• You commit to participating in the program experience
